Job summary

Eisenhower Health is seeking an experienced Epic Analyst to support core clinical applications within the Information Systems department in a Day shift (United States). This role will implement, administer, and support Epic and related systems, coordinate upgrades, and serve as PMO lead on major information systems projects.

Ideal candidates have two years of Epic Analyst experience, a relevant degree or equivalent, and Epic certification.

Qualifications

• Two years of Application/Epic Analyst experience
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree
• Epic certification for those positions supporting an Epic application
• Ability to coordinate with IS teams and vendors

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain current systems for assigned departments and troubleshoots issues and documents for vendor resolution.
• Support the departments and staff during, and post implementation, of assigned applications/systems.
• Provides at the elbow support for providers and end users as needed during and after clinical system upgrades.
• Analyzes current systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement in patient care, provider productivity, financial outcomes and ancillary relations or cost savings.
• Performs written and oral project status reporting on a regular basis as requested.
• Communicates with IS staff, vendors and users to identify system needs, modifications and issues and facilitates resolution.
