OrthoIndy IT Applications is seeking an Application Analyst III in Indianapolis, IN. This full-time role focuses on advanced support and optimization of ambulatory and hospital EHRs, including athenaOne and Meditech.

You will configure features, troubleshoot issues, and improve workflows while coordinating with department leaders and end users. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 6–8 years of related experience, with 8–10 years preferred.

• Provide advanced support and optimization for clinical applications, evaluating system requirements, user needs, and workflows.
• Configure features, admin tables, configuration items, and functionality in EHRs like athenaOne and Meditech to troubleshoot issues.
• Serve as liaison with department leaders, providers, and end users for questions and issues related to clinical applications.
• Develop Knowledge Base (KB) articles for future issue resolution.
• Promote system integration to reduce manual workflows and workarounds.
• Attend training to stay current on healthcare systems, regulations, and best practices.
• Prepare and submit status reports to IT Management.
• Participate in after-hours call rotation.
