The Center for Elders’ Independence in California is seeking a Clinic Registered Nurse to provide direct nursing services in the CEI clinic under the Clinic Supervisor. You will collaborate with providers and the interdisciplinary team to ensure care aligns with each participant's plan of care.
The role requires a CA RN license, at least 1 year of acute or ambulatory care experience with the elderly, CPR certification, and ongoing licensure CEUs.
The Center for Elders’ Independence is a PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) organization that uses an interdisciplinary team approach to care planning and care implementation for the purpose of providing high quality, affordable, integrated health care services to the elderly, and promoting autonomy, quality of life and the ability of individuals to live in their communities.
Under the direction of the Clinic Supervisor, the Clinic Registered Nurse provides nursing services to participants at the CEI clinic by using the nursing process, collaborating with providers and interdisciplinary team members. The Clinic Registered Nurse communicates effectively with all members of the clinic team and other program staff to ensure that participants are receiving care that is appropriate and adheres to the participants’ plan of care.
The hourly pay range for the Clinic RN position at Center for Elders’ Independence is $46.02 to $69.95. Placement within the range is determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, skills, abilities, internal equity, and market data, consistent with CEI’s annual compensation review and established compensation practices.
