Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and good math knowledge essential.
• Some College preferred.
• Three or more years of experience in a health care organization.

Responsibilities

• Greet, instruct, direct and schedule patients and visitors.
• Verify insurance benefits and assist with referrals and payments.
• Enter patient information into computer systems; maintain accurate demographics and insurance data.
• Answer phones, take messages, and assist with inquiries.
• Schedule appointments following physician guidelines.
