HCA Florida Fawcett Surgical Specialists is seeking a Practice Manager II to direct and supervise day-to-day clinic operations in the market/division. You will implement policies and lead staff to ensure compliant, efficient operations and positive patient experiences.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in health or business administration and 3–5 years of healthcare clinic management experience, with a focus on program development, budgeting, and leadership within a medical setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in health or business administration or equivalent combination of education and/or experience required.
• Minimum three to five years’ experience in a healthcare or clinic setting.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise day‑to‑day clinic operations in the market/division.
• Implement and enforce written policies and procedures governing clinic operations.
• Conduct staff performance evaluations.
• Interpret policies to staff, patients, and regulators as needed.
• Develop and maintain effective public relations with patients and the community.
