PanCare Health is seeking a Clinic Manager to oversee daily operations at our Bonifay, Chipley, and Freeport clinics in Florida. You will coordinate medical, administrative, billing, and nursing staff to ensure efficient service delivery and alignment with organizational goals.

As the primary liaison with Corporate Office, you will drive cost-effective programs, improve clinic performance, and foster a patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in healthcare management.
• Minimum 2 years managing clinic operations including staff and finances.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and billing systems.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations of assigned clinics (Bonifay, Chipley, Freeport).
• Coordinate medical, administrative, billing, and nursing staff.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and accurate patient records.
