Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Experience: Two years of scheduling in an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
• Other Skills: bilingual in English and Spanish; basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinic eligibility screenings and interviews for medical, dental, and behavioral health services.
• Obtain and evaluate required eligibility documentation according to guidelines.
• Communicate eligibility requirements and sliding-fee program details professionally.
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments and follow-up visits.
• Assist patients with financial assistance applications and review documentation.
• Maintain accurate patient records in the EHR and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Provide strong customer service, problem-solving, and team support.
