The Davey Tree Expert Company in Nashville, TN is seeking a hands-on Tree Care Professional to join a permanent, full-time crew. You will work with experienced crew members, climbing and pruning trees while prioritizing safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• Love of the outdoors.
• Past experience leading crews.
• Ability to complete orientation and safety trainings upon hire.
• Possession or readiness for required licenses (pesticide certificates) where state law requires.
• Strong teamwork and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Climb trees using DdRT/MRS or SRT/SRS systems.
• Work with ground crew and crew leader.
• Perform pruning, removal, and associated tree care tasks safely.
• Install cables, bracing, and lightning protection systems.
• Maintain and operate chainsaws, chippers, and aerial lifts.
