Job summary

Pulsora is seeking a hands-on methodology-focused role that sits between customers and product. You will own carbon accounting, lead the emission factor library and methodology, and translate regulatory changes into product requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in environmental science, business, or related field required.
• 5+ years in climate consulting or sustainability analytics roles.
• Deep understanding of GHG Protocol and related standards.
• Experience building or auditing full Scope 1–3 inventories.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools for prototyping is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer engagements with enterprise sustainability leads on GHG inventory and reporting.
• Shape product capabilities for GHG accounting across Scopes 1–3 and decarbonization tracking.
• Maintain and source emission factor libraries and ensure data lineage for audits.
• Serve as SME on carbon accounting and regulations for onboarding and training.
• Gather requirements from clients and prioritize requests with cross-functional teams.
• Prototype AI-assisted tools to accelerate discovery and develop internal solutions.
