Job summary

Pulsora, the Enterprise Sustainability Platform, seeks a hands-on Carbon Accounting Lead to own emission calculations, inventories, and regulatory alignments. You will work with enterprise customers to shape methodologies, manage emission-factor libraries, and translate regulatory changes into product requirements.

You will collaborate with sustainability leaders, engineers, and product teams to build auditable data lineage and ensure third-party assurance readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in environmental science, business, or related field; Advanced masters degree or MBA preferred.
• Proven track record (5+ years) in climate consulting, or sustainability analyst roles.
• Deep understanding of GHG Protocol and sustainability frameworks.
• Hands-on experience building/auditing full Scope 1–3 inventory.
• Fluency in emission factor sourcing and application.
• Familiarity with sustainability assurance and audit practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer engagements: manage relationships with enterprise sustainability leads and oversee GHG inventory build, decarbonization, reporting.
• Shape product capabilities for GHG accounting across Scopes 1–3 and audit-ready data lineage.
• Maintain emission factor library end to end—sourcing, versioning, provenance, retirement of editions.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on carbon accounting and sustainability regulations for onboarding and training.
• Gather requirements and prioritize requests with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Prototype tools and AI applications using vibe coding to accelerate discovery.
