Job summary

Syllo is seeking a Client Services Specialist to join our Customer Success team. This remote role focuses on delivering end-to-end case management for AmLaw 200 firms and Fortune 500 legal teams using Syllo’s AI-powered platform.

The ideal candidate has hands-on litigation experience (paralegal, attorney, or litigation support) and excels at handling complex timelines, client relationships, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales and Data Services.

Qualifications

Understanding of case assessment, document review, production and privilege workflows from firsthand experience.
Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end case delivery, not just contribution to a team output.
Able to communicate clearly with attorneys and partners under pressure, in writing and in person.
Experience with eDiscovery platforms and willingness to adopt new tools.
Strong project management and CRM tooling experience (Monday, HubSpot).

Responsibilities

Own your accounts as the named CS account owner for an assigned portfolio of clients.
Partner with the Sales Account Director and maintain a shared view of account status.
Manage end-to-end case delivery including kickoffs, timelines and status updates.
Execute client services work such as building searches and AI-assisted reviews.
Advise attorneys on workflow, translating platform capabilities into case strategy.
Coordinate with Data Services on data needs and documentation before work begins.
Triage and resolve issues, escalating to the right team when needed.
Document case status and handoffs to ensure continuity and delivery quality.
