Circana in Fort Worth, Texas is seeking a Client Service Tech Senior Manager to lead a major account as a dedicated client-facing specialist, ensuring the custom database and contracted solutions meet business needs.

You will build trusted client relationships, offer proactive recommendations, and collaborate with all client levels including C-suite, while guiding a team of direct reports and coordinating monthly reviews.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years experience preferred.
• CPG experience a plus.
• Translate data and analysis into implications.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Database Delivery and Maintenance via Unify Dimension Builder.
• Project Planning and Execution.
• Issue Management and Creative Problem-Solving.
• People Managing (direct reports in addition to client).
• Conducting and recapping the monthly new item review.
• Excel and Unify Reporting; Analytical mindset; Genius Script usage.
• Create client-ready content for top-down presentation.
• Manage client user base, ad-hoc requests and expectations.
