Job summary

Santander US is seeking a Sr. Specialist, Client Support to deliver day-to-day service to assigned clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.

You will identify opportunities to strengthen relationships and educate clients on Santander products and services. The role supports Relationship Managers by handling calls, data entry, and documentation, while assisting with loan processing and compliance tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree: in related field or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education - Required.
• 3+ Years Customer service, Business process, or Project Management experience - Required.
• Experience in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word) - Required.
• Proven customer service/relations skills.
• Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal).

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to Santander clients via phone, email and face-to-face communication.
• Identify opportunities to enhance client relationships with services and products that meet customers' needs.
• Follow up on paperwork to ensure completion by internal departments.
• Handle daily requests such as account opening, balance inquiries, wire processing.
• Assist Relationship Managers by answering calls, data entry, and gathering information to resolve issues.
• Prepare and distribute ICC reports and packets, take minutes in weekly meetings.
• Assist Loan Officers and customers with copies, transaction histories, payoff letters, etc.
• Assist in maintaining current insurance evidence in credit files and support compliance during exams.
