Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day client support via phone, email and in-person communication.
• Assist with account openings, balance inquiries, and wire processing.
• Support Relationship Managers by answering calls, data entry, and preparing materials.
• Prepare weekly ICC reports, attend meetings, and take minutes.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and ensure timely paperwork completion.
