You will manage multiple client relationships, resolve requests, and partner with Service Operations, Sales, and Bankers to support treasury and cash management products. As a trusted member of the client team, you will be the main contact for your portfolio, interact with senior executives, and use Zoom, email, and phone to deliver the high level of service our clients expect.

Qualifications

• Experience with treasury and card products or related services.
• Strong data analytics and change-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead medium to complex clients autonomously with solutions while upholding standards.
• Develop long-term client relationships.
• Solicit client feedback to drive service improvements and satisfaction.
• Conduct annual relationship reviews to identify fraud exposure and risk.
• Discuss client trends with internal partners to tailor solutions.
• Participate in deal team meetings as new products are added.
• Promote products based on client behaviors and needs.
• Learn and utilize technologies to support client consultations.
• Identify opportunities for self-service tools and digital channels.
