Job summary

The Charles Schwab Corporation in Lone Tree, CO, is seeking a Client Service Manager for Schwab Stock Plan Services to oversee key corporate client relationships and equity compensation provisions. You will guide clients through complex plans, coordinate resources, and deliver a high-quality service experience with cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary daily point of contact for clients with questions on complex equity plans and reporting.
• Review client financial health periodically to drive engagement with solutions.
• Oversee and plan client events for assigned companies to ensure flawless execution.
• Partner with clients to create solutions for administrative needs while managing risk.
• Coordinate resources to deliver on projects including mergers, acquisitions and new plan introductions.
• Resolve client items accurately and timely and sustain long-term relationships.
• Stay current on equity compensation industry standards and trends via GEO/NASPP and CEP education.
• Provide training on Schwab systems and capabilities to enhance client experience.
• Support SPS Sales with RFP/RFI responses, presentations, and demonstrations.
• Provide requirements and enhancements for SPS systems and processes and advocate for client needs.
