Job summary

Charles Schwab is recruiting for a Senior Client Service Administrator to manage daily equity compensation processing and client interactions. You will work with Client Service Managers to oversee daily processing and lead client events, ensuring a world-class client experience.

The role requires strong teamwork, customer service, and multi-platform proficiency, with on-site collaboration 4 days per week at one of the specified locations. Growth and client-focused outcomes are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated excellence in teamwork and interpersonal skills in fast-paced environments.
• High school diploma and 2+ years of client/customer service experience.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
• Commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience.
• Comfortable making decisions and knowing when to involve a manager.
• Deliver quality work and handle escalated issues per procedures.
• Proficient computer skills; able to learn multiple platforms.
• Excel, Word, and PowerPoint proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Process daily exercise, restricted stock lapse, and employee stock purchase plan settlement.
• Act as an Operations Subject Matter Expert for corporate clients.
• Research transaction inquiries and data feeds.
• Collaborate with SPS teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Process escalated emails and calls from internal/external clients.
• Provide consultative conversations with clients and internal teams.
• Back up other Client Service Administrators as needed.
• Communicate effectively with senior leaders within Stock Plan Services.
• Uphold Schwab’s vision and SPS policies.
