Collective Health is looking for a Senior Client Operations Manager to join our Client Success team in a hybrid, multi-office setup. You will collaborate with Account Executives to manage client relationships and day‑to‑day service, driving value and retention.

The role requires strong account management, communication, and process improvement skills, with a focus on timely issue resolution and SLA adherence across SF, Plano, and Lehi locations.

Qualifications

• 5 years account management experience within the healthcare industry.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Excellent problem solving skills.
• Possesses excellent client relationship management and rapport building skills.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day service for an assigned book of business.
• Manage invoicing, deliverables, reporting, issues log maintenance, etc.
• Develop processes and improvements that increase team effectiveness.
• Build client relationships for long-term partnerships.
• Represent the voice of our client to ensure products meet needs.
• Monitor SLAs and report performance to leadership.
• Lead and manage a small team of Client Success Associates.
