Qualifications

• Ten+ years in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry with deep TPM and/or RGM knowledge.
• Proven customer success or client-facing experience within SaaS, consulting, CPG, technology, or related services.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to define success metrics and tailored success strategies.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned accounts, building trusted relationships with brand managers, retailers, and stakeholders.
• Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate on growth plans.
• Translate customer insights to Product and Engineering to inform roadmap decisions.
• Monitor account health and develop retention strategies to maximize lifetime value.
