OpenFX is hiring a Client Success, NA to join our North America team in Miami. You will own day-to-day relationships for institutional clients, including payment companies, PSPs, fintechs, and digital asset platforms, helping them move cross-border FX more efficiently.

The role blends autonomy with close collaboration: ~60% of time on your own book, ~40% supporting our largest North America relationships with Sales, Trading Operations, Product, and RevOps to accelerate growth.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in fintech or financial services with 5+ years across account management or sales.
• Experience managing a client book independently with growth.
• Fluency with AI tools like Claude in daily workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Own a portfolio of institutional clients as primary point of contact.
• Build and execute account growth plans for each client.
• Grow transaction volume by optimizing FX flows and pricing.
• Monitor client health and trading activity to spot slowdowns.
• Expand accounts through upsell and product adoption.
• Own cross-sell pipeline for new currency pairs and products.
• Price thoughtfully and manage exceptions to stay profitable.
• Support North America accounts on trades, settlement, and setup.
• Create a structured playbook for long-tail accounts.
• Leverage AI to surface client insights with RevOps.
