Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• CPA or equivalent certification.
• 15+ years in accounting with 10+ years in a senior accounting role in mortgage servicing/financial services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting, payroll, and accounts payable for Fay Group entities.
• Ensure timely month-end close and accurate financial reporting.
• Coordinate with external auditors and support audits.
• Maintain balance sheet reconciliations and intercompany settlements.
• Lead process improvements and controls in GAAP compliance.
