The Catholic Leadership Institute seeks a Senior Client Success Coordinator to deliver top-tier client service and oversee logistics for CLI engagements. You will manage client inquiries, staff the help desk, escalate issues, and ensure materials, meals, and room setup meet the needs of each engagement.

You will partner with leadership consultants and delivery teams, providing technology leadership for the Client Success group and using Microsoft Office Suite, JotForm, Asana, Jira, and Power BI

Responsabilités

• Provide the highest level of client service and logistical support for CLI clients and delivery teams.
• Staff the client help desk, correctly escalate issues, and manage logistics for trainings and engagements (food, materials, room setup).
• Engage with client contacts in parishes and dioceses to answer questions and register attendees; provide technical support.
• Provide technology leadership for the Client Success team and help leverage tools to support the work.
