Job summary

NEP is seeking a client-focused leader to serve as the primary post-sale partner for Global Connected Solutions accounts in Fort Lauderdale, FL. You will drive client success, coordinate multi-team onboarding, and oversee service delivery to maintain high client health with some of the world's largest streamers and media organizations.

You will manage relationships across client operations, production, and technical teams, while partnering with Sales and regional groups to support renewals,

Qualifications

• 7+ years in client services, account management, customer success, or related fields.
• Experience supporting complex media, technology, sports, entertainment, or managed services clients.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day relationships with client operations leaders, production stakeholders, and technical/finance/procurement contacts.
• Partner across Sales, Operations, Engineering, Production Services, and regional teams to support assigned accounts.
• Drive client onboarding, account planning, and service delivery visibility.
