Alter Domus is a world-leading provider of integrated solutions for the alternative investment industry. We seek a senior operations lead to guide a busy Debt Capital Markets team and own key client deliverables.

You will manage team performance, mentor staff, and drive process improvements while ensuring regulatory compliance and timely reporting. A strong background in CLO, Excel, and client relationship management is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or economics preferred.
• 5+ years of experience within a business or finance-related capacity.
• Knowledge of loan operations, commercial mortgage lending, or loan securitization.
• Experience with CLO compliance and Waterfall modeling.
• Experience in direct management and training of team members preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of client deliverables and ensure timely completion.
• Provide strategic direction of the business unit and initiatives.
• Lead and mentor staff; manage workload and deadlines.
• Handle onboarding of new clients and invoicing processes.
• Maintain strong relationships by proactively addressing client needs.
