Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 7+ years of Client services experience typically required.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Brokerage industry knowledge and regulatory understanding.
• Ability to travel by automobile and aircraft.
• Legally able to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains client relationships to deliver high-level service.
• Oversees servicing of a designated book of business including marketing, claims, and administration.
• Researches root causes, resolves policy-related issues, and recommends improvements.
• Uses independent judgment when analyzing industry trends to advise clients.
• Develops financial models and reports for clients and senior staff.
• Provides strategic planning and consultative advice on coverage plans.
• Attends strategy meetings to manage insured expectations for upcoming term.
• Presents coverage plans and renewal terms to clients.
• Assesses exposure information and interprets quotes from carriers.
• Negotiates with carriers for new and renewal quotes and collaborates on markets.
• Mentors and trains junior-level staff.
