Job summary

Socket.dev seeks a seasoned Client Services specialist to manage inquiries, documentation, and communications for our client base in the insurance admin space.

You will support coverage implementations, gather data, collect carrier quotes, and audit binders and endorsements while coordinating with Producers and Accounting to resolve billing discrepancies. Strong MS Office skills and regulatory awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–7 years of Client services experience.
• Strong MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Understanding of industry trends and regulations
• Ability to attend meetings including industry training
• Ability to comply with policies and protect confidentiality
• Able to organize work and manage time to meet deadlines
• Willingness to travel by automobile and aircraft
• Legally able to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Responds to Client inquiries and maintains documentation of communications and resolutions
• Supports implementation of new lines of coverage by coordinating with Client and Carrier
• Gathers exposure information and loss data from Clients
• Requests and collects quotes from carriers; audits quotes, binders and endorsements
• Processes audits and creates analyses for Clients
• Updates policy specifications and summaries as changes occur
• Generates materials for Client presentations and meetings
• Manages invoicing and billing communications
• Collaborates with Producer and Accounting to resolve billing issues
• Researches industry trends and regulatory changes
• Performs other duties as needed
