Job summary

Truist in Orlando is seeking a wealth support teammate to provide front-office client and advisor assistance for a portfolio of high net-worth clients. You will be the primary intake point for advisor and client requests, coordinating with a centralized service team and supporting onboarding and client servicing across multiple advisors.

The role emphasizes relationship management, timely responses to requests, and the ability to navigate banking, investments, and wealth management solutions

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree or equivalent banking experience.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
Proven relationship management and client service skills.

Responsibilities

Provide in-office client and advisor support to Wealth Advisors.
Coordinate scheduling, follow-ups, and preparation of client presentations and materials.
Triage and delegate client/advisor requests to centralized service team.
Maintain accurate client records and assist with onboarding and documentation.
Escalate at-risk relationships to leadership and support multiple advisors.
