Raymond James is seeking a Registered Client Service Associate to provide high-touch administrative support to Financial Advisors and clients. The role emphasizes accurate data handling, onboarding, account maintenance, and proactive client service in a fast-paced branch environment.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate effective communication across channels, be detail-oriented, and support marketing events while advancing professional development within the firm.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with securities industry experience preferred.
• SIE required; Series 7; Series 63/65/66 as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for high-volume client interactions via phone, email, in-person, and virtual channels.
• Onboard new clients, open accounts, and research client information using internal systems.
• Ensure client data and documentation comply with firm rules and regulations.
• Input orders and rebalance portfolios on behalf of Financial Advisors.
• Create and maintain client records using CRM software.
