Neuberger is seeking a Client Service Senior Analyst in New York City. The role anchors the subscription, redemption, and transfer processes and supports intermediary onboarding, fund administrator relationships, and monthly reporting for private funds.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate client communications and regulatory reporting, while driving process improvements and maintaining a high level of service across the investor base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3-5+ years' relevant work experience.
• Excellent client service and judgment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Superior written and verbal communication.
• Collaboration, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
• Understanding of asset management strategies, investment mandates, and fund accounting.

Responsibilities

• Own subscription, capital call, redemption, and transfer processes.
• Support intermediary partner onboarding and fund administrator relationships.
• Produce and distribute client, regulatory, and shareholder reporting and communications.
• Prepare and distribute weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for funds.
• Coordinate internal posting of reports and marketing materials.
• Drive continuous process improvement on client service workflows.
