Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 3-5+ years of relevant experience.
• Excellent client service skills and strong judgment under pressure.
• Advanced MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong collaboration, time management, and organizational abilities.
• Understanding of asset management concepts and fund accounting.

Responsibilities

• Own subscription, capital call, redemption, and transfer processes.
• Support intermediary partner onboarding and fund administrator relationships.
• Draft and distribute client, regulatory, and shareholder reporting.
• Coordinate and produce weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Assist in posting of reports and marketing materials; drive process improvements.
