Marsh McLennan Agency in Glen Allen, Alabama, is seeking a Senior Client Service Specialist on the Business Insurance team. You will deliver prompt, courteous service to clients and colleagues, handling changes, rating, and accurate data entry with attention to detail.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, a Property & Casualty license (or able to obtain in 90 days), and at least two years of business insurance experience, preferably in an agency.

Qualificações

• High school diploma required.
• Property & Casualty Insurance license (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
• Two (2) years’ Business Insurance experience, preferably in an agency
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future
• Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
• Insurance designations such as (CISR, AAI, CIC, etc.)
• Experience working with EPIC, Sagitta, and/or ImageRight, CSR24

As our Senior Client Service Specialist on the Business Insurance team, you will be committed to prompt, courteous, knowledgeable service to clients and colleagues. Your responsibilities will include working with other members of the department to meet the service needs of customers and your attention to detail is essential in mastering tasks such as processing changes, rating, and accurate client data entry.

We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

• High school diploma required.
• Property & Casualty Insurance license (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
