Job summary

Apex Group is seeking a Client Service Manager - Middle Office Loan services, Vice President, to lead asset administration and cash/position reconciliation for its loan operations team. You will coordinate with brokers, custodians, and internal groups to ensure accurate processing, reporting, and client service delivery.

The role requires senior experience in loan administration, strong communication, and the ability to drive process improvements while maintaining strict SLAs.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting/Finance, or a relevant qualification.
• 6+ years’ experience in loan administration operations.
• Knowledge of Credit Funds and various security types.

Responsibilities

• Perform and coordinate asset administration duties (setup, maintenance, reconciliation).
• Lead weekly client meetings/new onboards; document notes and follow-ups.
• Coordinate between stakeholders (Analytics, Asset admin, Recon, Tableau).
• Ensure SLAs and monthly deliverables are met and reported.
