Job summary

DFCU Financial is seeking a Sr Client Server Specialist in Florida to provide end-user support for in-house and third-party applications, and to manage client/server operations. You will troubleshoot complex system issues and support enterprise computing environments.

You will configure devices, administer AD and Microsoft 365, build application packages, install software, and coordinate distributions while ensuring security and on-call readiness.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in related field or equivalent education/experience.
• 2 years' experience with Windows operating systems.
• 2 years' PC hardware/software repair/diagnostics.
• Experience using software distribution applications preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to travel to Florida branches.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement personal computers and mobile devices.
• Administer application servers for enterprise systems, including upgrades and patches.
• Build application packages with packaging tools and version control.
• Install and support software applications.
• Assist with software testing and coordinate distributions.
• Investigate and resolve support requests.
• Adhere to security policies and procedures.
• Work on special projects as required.
• Manage user accounts (Active Directory), access control.
• Write technical processes and procedural documentation.
• Interface with vendor relationships.
