Educational Federal Credit Union is seeking a senior IT Service Desk professional in Miami, FL. You will serve as a senior technical resource, providing advanced Tier II/III support for end-user computing, Microsoft 365, and network connectivity, while assisting with desktop administration, endpoint management, and workstation imaging.

• Experience providing Tier II/III end-user support.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services and AD/ID management.
• Ability to work after hours and weekends per project needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced troubleshooting for Windows PCs, printers, VPN, and connectivity.
• Support and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services for end users.
• Administer user accounts, groups, and permissions in Active Directory and Entra ID.
• Deploy computer images and updates to workstations.
• Mentor Service Desk technicians and contribute to knowledge base.
