U.S. Bank is seeking a Client Relationship Consultant in Gresham, OR. You will build trusted client relationships across in‑person, by appointment, and virtual channels, assess banking needs, open accounts, and guide customers through deposit and loan options with a digital‑first mindset.

This role requires NMLS registration, background and credit checks, and working at a U.S. Bank location five days a week. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically four to five years of retail banking experience or a combination of experience and training.

Responsibilities

• Build client relationships across channels to provide optimal banking solutions.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Educate clients on digital self‑service products and online tools.
• Prospect, follow up and tailor recommendations to client needs.
