Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field, or equivalent working experience preferred.
• Two to Four (2-4) years of retail banking experience required.
• Previous leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leadership: support retail bankers with guidance and coaching; ensure client-centric service and regulatory compliance.
• Client Experience: deepen relationships, cross-sell banking products, and coordinate with internal departments.
• Community Involvement: participate in community events and community engagement initiatives.
• Training and Development: pursue ongoing product knowledge and compliance training.
• Compliance: support branch controls and audit requirements; adhere to policies and privacy rules.
• Deposit Generation: grow client deposits and strengthen banking relationships through outreach.
• Collaboration: work with product development, marketing, and operations for seamless client operations.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
