• Builds community relationships and participates in local events to promote Unity Bank’s presence.
• Pursues training and development to enhance product knowledge, deposit controls, and compliance.
• Supports branch controls, audit requirements, and regulatory compliance across operations.
• Generates deposits by learning client needs and partnering with cross-departmental resources.
• Collaborates with product development, marketing, and operations to align client operations with company goals.
