Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker in Boise to build client relationships across in-person, by appointment, and digital channels.

You will assess banking needs, open accounts, process transactions, and educate clients on deposits, loans, and digital services while delivering a consistent, high-quality client experience. You will collaborate with branch teams, promote digital products, participate in sales campaigns, and ensure compliant, accurate service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically 4–5 years of retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsibilities
