Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of client sales and service experience
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• SAFE compliance within 30 days including NMLS background check
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs
• Ability to work weekends/extended hours with occasional travel and overnights

Responsibilities

• Exhibits advanced proficiency with routine client maintenance, problem resolution and advanced sales across deposit, credit and other service lines.
• Contributes to meeting client service and sales targets by expanding and retaining relationships.
• Supports team sales by conducting consultative conversations and referring complex needs to internal specialists.
• Participates in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Advances knowledge of sales techniques and product knowledge through trainings and meetings.
• Advises on consumer lending options and takes loan applications.
• Ensures compliance with internal controls and risk management policies.
• Engages clients with courteous conversation during transactions to uncover needs.
