Job summary

Frontline Road Safety Group, a leading pavement marking company, seeks a Client Relations Claims Manager to oversee claims across Auto, GL, and WC. The role focuses on rapid resolution, cost control, and regulatory compliance, with on-site duties at the Denver HQ.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience handling multiple lines of business including Auto, General Liability, and Workers’ Compensation.
• Proven ability to manage claims from first notice of loss through final resolution.
• Experience collaborating with insurance carriers and TPAs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the liaison between Frontline divisions and insurance carriers across multiple portals.
• Supervise and mentor one direct report (Claims Specialist).
• Oversee claims intake and processing for personal, property, or casualty loss.
• Drive cost savings through diligent claims management and settlements.
• Coordinate claims across jurisdictions with regulatory requirements.
