Job summary

Frontline Road Safety Group seeks a Client Relations Claims Manager to join its Downtown Denver headquarters on-site. Compensation ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 commensurate with experience, with responsibilities spanning liaison work across divisions and carriers, claim resolution, and cost control.

The role requires leadership, strong negotiation and communication skills, and experience with multi-state claims and TPAs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of multi-line claims experience (Auto, GL, WC), leadership preferred.
• Experience supporting construction/field-based operations.
• Experience supporting multiple divisions remotely.
• Experience with carriers and TPAs, including portals.
• Sedgwick viaOne experience is a major plus.
• Knowledge of multi-state claims handling and monopolistic states.
• Strong negotiation and communication across divisions, carriers, providers, and employees.
• Supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Relevant industry certifications / continuing education in insurance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between Frontline divisions and insurance carriers.
• Supervise and mentor one direct report (Claims Specialist).
• Own claims follow-up from first notice of loss to final disposition.
• Oversee intake and processing of personal, property, or casualty claims.
• Drive cost savings through diligent claims management and settlements.
• Communicate with injured employees to advocate for recovery.
• Administer and maintain TPAs and carrier systems.
• Coordinate claims across multiple jurisdictions.
• Manage SIR obligations and varying coverage provisions.
• Escalate issues to claims management as needed.
• Complete required coverage training and CE to stay current.
