Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Senior Client Relations Account Manager to strengthen relationships with enterprise clients within our Enterprise Operations team. You will serve as the primary contact to resolve issues and drive client retention.

You will collaborate with clients and Worldpay resources to ensure proper servicing, timely paperwork, and all operational arrangements for assigned accounts.

What You'll Own

• Ensure a positive and consistent relationship for one or more assigned clients


• Serve as primary point of contact to support problem resolution and ensure client retention


• Develop strong working relationships with assigned clients and Worldpay resources


• Coordinate with clients, relationship managers and other appropriate areas to ensure clients are properly serviced, paperwork is properly executed, and all operational arrangements are in place to service assigned accounts

For this full-time position, the good faith estimated annual salary range upon hire is $91,900.00-$138,700.00. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on the role's responsibilities, level, and geographic location. The actual starting salary will be determined by a candidate’s experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training.
