Job summary

Worldpay, LLC is seeking a Senior Client Relations Account Manager to join our Enterprise Operations team and foster strong, ongoing relationships with key clients. You will act as the primary contact for problem resolution and client retention while coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless servicing and documentation.

Ideal candidates bring experience in financial services, excellent relationship-building, and strong analytical skills to drive client success across a global payments

Qualifications

• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships internally and externally.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Broad knowledge of Worldpay products and related services.
• Strong aptitude to analyze and solve problems.
• Prior banking or finance related experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a positive and consistent relationship for one or more assigned clients.

For this full-time position, the good faith estimated annual salary range upon hire is $91,900.00-$138,700.00. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on the role’s responsibilities, level, and geographic location.
