You will mentor junior reps, collaborate with Sales, Processing, Underwriting, and Accounting, and strive for consistent KPI achievement in a fast-paced environment. Performance-driven compensation accompanies a comprehensive rewards package.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a sales environment.
• Metric-driven with focus on conversion and targets.
• Familiar with high-volume outbound calls and multi-channel outreach.
• Comfort with CRM tools, especially Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Act as a consultant to assess goals and present renewal options.
• Drive a high-volume dialer to deliver pitches across the funnel.
• Execute in Salesforce and manage lead queues with real-time updates.
• Collaborate with Sales, Processing, Underwriting, Collections, and Accounting.
• Mentor junior reps and optimize performance using data.
• Pilot new tech and provide actionable feedback.
