Qualifications

• Proven experience managing high-volume recruiting engagements (e.g., 20+ requisitions across a team).
• Experience mentoring recruiters or leading a recruiting function.
• Experience working with clients in consulting, professional services, or agencies.

Responsibilities

• Own the client relationship and delivery quality for high-volume recruiting engagements.
• Lead a team of recruiters and coach for performance and growth.
• Set requisition prioritization, capacity planning, and staffing ratios across the team.
• Own client reporting cadence, including recruiting metrics and engagement health.
• Align recruiting strategies with client business objectives as scope grows.
