In this Talent Acquisition role, you will manage full-cycle recruiting across roles, advise on hiring strategies, and help align people plans with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience working directly with clients in consulting, professional services, PEOs, or agencies.
• HR certifications or platform certifications preferred where applicable.
• Willingness to travel occasionally as client needs require.

Compensation: $50-$75/hr

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and advisory skills

• Comfort working in flexible, project-based engagements

• Willingness to travel occasionally as client needs require
