AUMOVIO in Auburn Hills, MI is seeking a Customer Project Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for customers while guiding complex projects from initiation to completion. You will coordinate engineering, operations, and QA teams to ensure projects meet scope, schedule, and budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required.
• 7+ years in project management or related roles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with customers and internal teams.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Experience with budget management and cost tracking.
• Experience with risk management and mitigation strategies.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery for assigned customer accounts, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and budget.
• Serve as primary liaison between customers and internal teams, maintaining clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Identify risks early and implement proactive solutions to minimize delays or cost overruns.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, and QA to ensure seamless execution.
• Manage customer expectations and foster long-term relationships and repeat business.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and ensure compliance with company standards and customer requirements.
• Conduct reviews and lessons-learned sessions to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
• Customize project approaches based on individual customer needs while maintaining operational efficiency.
