Job summary

Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a detail-oriented Client Program Manager to join our infrastructure team in New York state. This role can be in-office or hybrid, with candidates located near Rochester, Buffalo, Albany, or Syracuse.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams on projects in the power and water-related infrastructure sectors, manage proposals, schedules, budgets, and client relationships while ensuring high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering is required.
• New York PE license is required (or reciprocity).
• 12+ years of leading multi-disciplinary teams required, including 6+ years of project management experience.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow program clients and their projects.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams for project delivery including proposal development, scheduling, financial management, and safety.
• Make technical, cost, and scheduling decisions for interdisciplinary projects.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure high-quality service.
