Overview
Colliers Engineering & Design is currently seeking a detail-oriented Client Program Manager to join our infrastructure team in New York state! This role will work in-office or hybrid. Candidates must be located near Rochester, Buffalo, Albany, or Syracuse.

Project work spans a variety of technical disciplines, primarily for clients in the power industry and those who own or operate water-adjacent infrastructure - such as dams, hydropower facilities, and navigation systems. In this position, you will lead complex projects supported by our team of highly respected subject matter experts.
Responsibilities
- Ability to manage and grow program clients and their projects.
- Manage multiple multi-disciplinary teams for project delivery including proposal development, project organization, health and safety, subcontract management, scheduling, financial management, and delivery quality.
- Lead technical, cost, and scheduling decisions for interdisciplinary teams to deliver quality projects to our clients.
- Maintain and grow client relationships by understanding specific client needs and work with our team to deliver superior service.
- Work collaboratively with other managers to proactively balance resources, anticipate potential issues and develop appropriate corrective actions to keep projects on schedule, on budget and with high quality.
- Assess and resolve issues and/or conflicts.
- Actively develop and maintain client relationships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering is required.
- New York PE (Professional Engineer) license is required (or through reciprocity).
- 12+ years of leading multi-disciplinary teams is required, including 6+ years of project management experience.
- Experience with similar project types is highly preferred but not required.
- Knowledge and technical background in the industry of power and/or water related infrastructure.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively communicate with team members internally and externally.
- Ability to read, write, and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.
Compensation: $142,900 to $195,300 (depending on qualifications)
