Madeo, an award-winning brand and web design & development agency, is hiring a Senior Account Manager to deepen client partnerships and explore new opportunities. You will work with PMs, ensuring the health and growth of long-term collaborations.

In this remote-friendly role (EST hours), you will oversee senior client relations, surface growth opportunities, and translate client feedback into clear, well-scoped proposals in partnership with leadership and project managers.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering websites, branding, or complex retainers in an agency.
• Nonprofit or cultural institution clients preferred.
• Lead proposals and client conversations.
• Comfort with digital strategy a plus.
• Ability to align account plans with client goals.

Responsabilités

• Oversee client relationships as senior point of contact.
• Monitor health of partnerships and value delivery.
• Coordinate with project managers to keep work aligned.
• Stay connected with leadership and client teams for feedback.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing partnerships.
• Translate insights into well-scoped proposals with leadership.
• Lead responsive outreach to new inquiries and RFPs.
• Shape project scopes with leadership and PMs.
• Articulate our working approach to clients.
